Rick Maurmann turned what could have been a terribly difficult process into a relatively easy, pleasant experience. While searching on Zillow for homes in our price range; I saw one I was interested in. I requested someone call me and within an hour Jake called. We have been working with him ever since. I really appreciate his professionalism and extensive knowledge, however, the main thing we have found so remarkable about Jake is that no matter how busy he is; he has been easy to contact, always returns calls, emails and texts and has been wonderful helping us to find an affordable home.
