Jared has a way of making people feel important. Do you want to know how he does it? Jared just genuinely cares. He is a great friend who honestly wants to help. As an added bonus, Jared has a great sense of humor and is extremely funny. Jared was so patient with us as we looked at many homes and was willing to do so on our timeframe since my husband was staying in Salem and I was still living in Bend. He negotiated making sure our best interests were well presented. I felt he was very honest and truthful and extremely personable, which helped the whole process. We would absolutely use him again in our house hunting process.

I met Jared in the very house that I am writing this review from. The very first house he showed me. It was perfect for my little family but I didn't realize it until later. Jared patiently showed me house after house after house and put up with my never ending questions. This was my first time attempting to purchase a home so I was clueless as to the process. After finally choosing the home that I wanted to put a bid on, Jared was awesome in navigating us through the process and now I own my own home. Thanks Jared!

Jared is very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the area he sells in. He goes out of his way to be helpful with every aspect of the selection and purchase of the property. After a brief visit with Jared, he knew exactly what I was looking for and zero'd in on exactly what properties to show me. He found me what I was looking for in a house, and a neighborhood, in short the perfect house. He is truly the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend him.
