Jake is a very accommodating person who really aims to please his clients. He very truthful and reliable. Jake helped us negotiate a real estate purchase. He handled the paperwork professionally. He was very helpful in assisting us in what needed to be included in the offering, counter-offering process. Unfortunately, the buyer did not accept our offer. However, with Jake's patience and accommodation, we would gladly recommend his expertise and service to anyone.

Once we had decided to sell our home, we asked Andrea to come by and give us suggestions on things we needed to do or had forgotten to do in order to show the house better. We have used Andrea to buy two homes and sell one. Not only is she very knowledgable about the process of buying and selling real estate, she also is very reassuring and understanding of the stress that can sometimes be involved. Do your own due diligence. Our realtor was Jake Lucey. He was nice, but we called him when we wanted to look at something and we'd meet at the house. I'm an old lady, I've been through this numerous times, I've never had anyone wait for me to call them, but whatever. We found the house we wanted in May, it had an accepted offer so we went on to look at a couple more then WE found out the offer had fallen through and it was back on the market. We had some acreage for sale and the city tried many times to stop the sale. Jared kept persisting and found a buyer that wouldn't back down so, after several tries the property was sold. Jared also went with us when the papers were signed to make sure everything was properly done.
Jake Lucey is the real deal when it comes to a realtor. I bought my house from him five years ago and he still expressed interest in my restoration project. I have called him for advise for numerous things long after that initial sale. Not many people take that time anymore. I would not consider anyone else if I buy or sell property in the future.
