Chris G did an excellent job installing our new unit! Jacque was great when I spoke with her at Costco and she scheduled a quote while I was standing with her and she conveyed the urgency of our situation. Having an ac unit go out in June in Arizona is no joke. Neil gave us a quote and he was very knowledgeable and professional the whole time. Kyle W****** is a great representative for the company. He shines by showing genuine care and knowledge about which ac unit would be best for the environment. He was able to answer all of my questions and had a true educators heart when informing me. Chris G****** had great customer service skills as well. He was informative, funny, and caring. Collins was an amazing company to work with. Our sales rep was Neil C******* and he did a fantastic job of reviewing our system and explaining the options for replacing our two units. The ****** discounts made a huge difference to the overall pricing and made our decision very easy. Our install team of Jose, Matthew, Hector, Jesus and Chris G. were equally amazing. WOW!!! I had the original HVAC System on my house (6.5yrs old) go out on our kids' side of the house. Collins diagnosed it as a leaking coil, and gave me the option of repairing it, or replacing the system. We chose to replace the system as opposed to the "band aid," and holy **** I'm glad we did. Install schedule was done within 4 days. Chris G and his crew arrived on time, did a awesome job with installation and they cleaned everything before they left. Very good experience overall. We just had our a/c unit replaced. Caleb and Silvano were very professional and worked quickly to get our new unit up and running. Caleb wore protective gear when he entered our home which made us comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and responded to our questions with thorough answers. They called to tell us they were on their way and arrived when they said they would.
