Super friendly staff at both the front desk and the service techs. Got a quote right away, pricing felt very fair and they fixed the trim on my car really fast. My stepdad has sent his car here for bigger collision repairs before too and loved their work and their service.
I will start by saying Lexie is AMAZING! Getting in an accident is never fun. Getting in an accident during a pandemic where an appointment wasn't available for 3 months and challenges with getting parts etc was a headache. The good part is my car was damaged but drivable. Driving on the new 202 we were alerted that there was debris in a lane so I moved over. The car ahead of us picked up a piece of debris I could not see and threw it into me, hitting the front right corner directly on the turn signal assembly, causing the black assembly to be held only by a wire. If I could give 10 stars I would, this place goes above and beyond! From start to finish, such a great experience. I worked with Jordan and let me just say-WOW, this guy took such great care of us and kept great communication through the entire process really keeping us in the loop. I took my car here for an estimate after getting a very high estimate from a different collision center. I had a damaged front bumper (my own doing) they are price was less than half of my other quote. It took about 10 minutes to get the estimate. Then I made an appointment and they helped me with a rental car. My car came out good as new! I had an amazing experience & would highly recommend them!
Showed up without an appointment for an estimate on light body work. They got me in in literally just a few minutes. Part of my concern was a blemish in the top coat. After being given a quote, they offered to take a closer look at the blemish, took it into the shop and buffed it out completely without any obligation from me. I've seen their work from a previous accident. Have been totally satisfied. Front office/ counter customer service friendly.
