Community Pet hospital is slightly understaffed but once I communicated my needs to them, they were more than willing to get us the info and RXs that we required

I took my new rescue pup in for her first checkup today. Dr. Smith, vet tech Elizabeth and all of the front desk staff made us feel welcome. I have taken my pets to Community for at least 12 years. They have had an overabundance of emergency situations during COVID making your initial appointment may be a challenge, however hang in there and keep trying, it is worth the wait!! They treat you and your pets like family!!

I have gone to this hospital for over 10 years. They have a dedicated staff of 24 x 7 and their equipment is high tech. Dr. Breon is one of the most caring veterinarians at this site but all of the vets are excellent. I won't go anywhere but here.

I took my terminally ill little companion to CPH to have her euthanized today. All the staff were kind and gracious. They behaved with utmost dignity, competence and professionalism. A four drug treatment was administered in a specific order to minimize the possibility of pain. In her 11 year fight against Lupus her body was savaged. Year by year her pain increased. My dog recently woke me up with a giant yelp of pain. He was shaking like crazy and at midnight what do you do. I loaded him into the car and took him to CPH. First of all everyone from the receptionist and vet tech to vet herself were just awesome. They were caring, kept me informed, and looked after my boy. Second they were the utmost professionals, including sending a report directly to my normal vet, who rang me to follow up. Our family vet that we've used for several years was booking over a week out due to COVID, and my cat hadn't eaten in 4 days. We took him in on a Saturday morning as an emergency appointment and they were able to get him in within an hour. Due to COVID precautions, I couldn't join him inside, but both the vet and the techs came out to the car to talk to us and explain everything. We had to say goodbye to our boy Ska last night. It was one of the hardest decisions we've ever made. The staff at CPH was amazing and caring and allowed us all the time we needed to walk him to the Rainbow Bridge and say goodbye to our boy. Thank you for caring for not only Ska but for us as well.

100% WOULD RECOMMEND!! - please read to find out why. I recently got a 9 week old puppy and noticed she had been squatting but not urinating, I called ahead of time to see the prices and get advice to see if this was a real emergency. They told me to come in. So I brought my puppy in and expressed my feelings about Parvo, so a technician came out to see me.
