How fortunate I was to find this place in my time of need. I have only lived here a couple months and haven't yet needed a vet. When my 100 lb. best friend, Jadey, of almost 12 years had a tumor rupture on her liver, we ran her here. We came to the conclusion that she had to be put to sleep. Took Odie the Chihuahua here for his check up and was very impressed with everything. Questions answered, treatment wasn't pushed, other options were given. When we called here with an emergency, they called right back to warn us about the wait and suggested another vet in town. Very sweet staff and knowledgeable vet.
Great Vet, Dr.Christopher was a great guy, told me everything I needed to know about my dog. My dog has really bad skin allergies always was itching himself, and getting bad ear infections, I went for a check up, now my little guy is feeling great, not itching himself and he just looks great. I really suggest you take your animals here, went back to the exam room fast to, not long of a wait.
I just adopted the cutest little kitten in the whole world so I had to make sure she was as healthy as she is adorable. Enter Community Pet Hospital. My boyfriend's brother and sister-in-law have 2 dogs and 2 cats so they have much more veterinary experience than I do. They take their animals here so we decided to give CPH a shot. I have a 16 year old cat who is my best buddy in the whole world. So one afternoon when I noticed she wasn't feeling well we took a drive over to Community Pet Hospital with no appointment and they quickly took care of us. The people were extremely nice and the vet explained everything gave me all the options and gave prices upfront which I totally appreciated. When you go to a pet hospital you expect to be helped. They didn't support the care that I needed for my pet and send us to another hospital ridiculous they should close and so a more helpful pet hospital can open.
Took my dog in for a WALK-IN EMERGENCY VISIT & sat there for 2 hours.. I finally said something & then went back to a room... sat some more.. when the vet finally came in, she asked what was going on.. I showed her bump on my dogs chin & without looking, touching or anything but standing there.. told me if was bad oral care & it would be $3000 to take care of!! Holy smokes...! Such a disappointment because of the amount of time & money spent for nothing.. time to find a new vet!
Do NOT take your pets to community pet hospital!! THEY CALLED ANIMAL CONTROL BECAUSE I COULDN'T AFFORD THEM!!! My 9 week old puppy got stuck in the chain link fence and pulled himself free fracturing his jaw. They're the closest 24 hour emergency veterinarian so I had no choice but to rush my puppy there. They only care about money. They flat out told me to put him down if I couldn't afford the $2000 - $4000. This place misdiagnosed our dog after having her in the clinic all day in an oxygen cage, called and told us we needed to come back right away if we wanted to see our dog alive. We arrived there, and our dog was alert and excited to see us. They advised us to take her to an ER veterinarian by ambulance. I asked if the ambulance had lights and sirens, they told us yes, when actually it was just an SUV. When we arrived at the ER vet, the doctor was shocked that our dog looked and acted so good.
