They have are all over the place, one doctor at the Riverdale location diagnosed my dog after about two seconds with and said he had a torn acl and needed a $5-8k surgery. Their xray was broken, which they didn't bother to tell me when they knew i was bringing my dog for a leg injury. Second location doctor that did xray said he didn't have a torn acl just rest. After xray he was much worse and couldn't walk on leg at all. Third visit and i am over $400 in, doctor said surgery, quoted $2300-3000. Called back to ask about 2... read more

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND HEART AND DO NOT GO HERE. This is our experience at CPH. Our beloved dog recently passed away and we took him to be taken care of and cremated through Community Pet Hospital and the whole experience was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. The person that was working mentioned that it is standard to receive the ashes of your pet, 2 paw prints, and a vial of hair to keep for memories. We wanted to keep more memories of our dog so we had asked for a paw print of each paw (total of 4) and they ... read more

So they cannot be bothered to respond to my direct email but they DO reply on Yelp when you leave them a negative review? - huh, that says a lot about them. Stay away.

Do not Took our dog here because he was throwing up, not eating, drinking, and lethargic. They took an x-ray and said they "thought" he might have a foreign body in his intestines and wanted to do surgery. So we paid the $3k and had them do the surgery. Their aftercare was apparently so poor that they couldn't keep his blood sugar stable and he began having seizures.... instead of thinking hey maybe there's an infection causing sepsis from his surgery they said he needed a neurologist and discharged him to us. They ... read more

Stay away.... stay far far away!!! This place has gone downhill fast. They use to take care of your animals with kindness and love. Now it's a money pit. We unfortunately came home to out fur baby in her kennel passed away. We brought her here as we have been coming here for years and got her privately cremated. We asked for her paw print and they stated that we would get one. Left us a message that our girl was ready for pick up as well as her paw print. Well, when we got here they didn't have the paw print!!!! Said that th... read more

The doctor was great but other staff member we had to encounter was so rude. Apparently she can only handle small dog breeds.

DO NOT take your pet to this clinic! They are so busy that they have little to no time to evaluate your pet, formulate a plan, and guide you during a crisis. The only thing they are good at is collecting ridiculous amounts of money! They misdiagnosed our puppy and had her on pain meds that were exacerbating the underlying issue! After spending more than a thousand dollars with them, they referred us to a neurologist! This led to thousands and thousands of additional dollars for them to misdiagnosis our Lulu and send us hom... read more

Talk about taking full advantage of new covid policies. Dog has eye infection, can't open eye. Been sitting here waiting for over three hours, not seen yet. I called to see where I was in line put me on hold lady just stood there, I am next over an hour ago, waiting for a tech to free up. Funny I've been watching through the window 4 techs having fun messing around. It is Friday after all.

took my dog in, his glucose levels were low, body temp low, heart rate low. He had gotten into the trash. They said he needed to stay over night. Presented me with a bill for 2500. I explained I didn't have that available. They then said he was stable enough to go home and that his glucose was now stable. Served me with a bill for 805 dollars when I was quoted 480 for the blood work and xrays and to try and stabilize him. He was in their care for an hour. I'm sure the care he recieved was sufficient but they tried to gouge ... read more
