AMAZING! I came in after a horrible event in my dog's life and they came to the rescue. Dr. Bruce is absolutely amazing. She has been giving consistent care to my dog, always willing to work around my hectic schedule. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Lizzie Bruce to everyone!
Absolutely amazing! Had to bring in our pup on an emergency basis and the care and respect that was received was top notch. The staff is helpful and communicates every step of the way so they're are no surprises and really treat your animals as their own.
So happy this place is close to our home. We had an emergency when are scottie started choking on a rawhide. She was panting so hard and pulling her hair out of her mouth trying to get to the chew. We jumped in the car about 7:00 am on a Saturday and got there quickly. I ran inside and said my dog was choking on a rawhide and they took her back immediately. After ten minutes they came out front with her and said it must have passed b/c it wasn't in her mouth anymore and she could now breathe. I asked if they could take... read more
This is truly an amazing place. Starting from the level of service, care, management, values and so much more. The people that work here truly know the craft of veterinary practice and an extraordinary level of customer service. From when you walk in the door till you walk out, you and your pet are in good hands. I am beyond lucky to live close by and take all my pets there. Thank you guys for amazing service you do daily.
Nicole L (technician) and Dr Morris really took their time with both my puppy ( he is actually 14 years old ) and my family. Such outstanding care from the time that I walked in til the time Nicole L ran out since I had forgotten the discharge papers. This is the type of warm environment that every pet family needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Although I want to say that I am thankful that they were open and could take my dog in and see him. The staff was pleasant and they were good with my dog. the Vet could not find any issue with this leg and why his was limping and not putting a lot weight on it. She let us know that she was going to prescribe a pain pill for him for the next 10 days. I let her know that he had a appointment with his regular vet the next day and if we could just get enough medication to get him through the night, she state no since you would... read more
My fiancé and I were up all night taking out our little dog who was having stomach problems. PetCo could not see us (even though we pay for their monthly program) but Community Pet accommodated us. Super friendly, incredibly caring. Goodbye PetCo/Banfields
My corgi, Delphy, absolutely loves this place. Everyone is super caring and she is always greeted with loves and cuddles as soon as we come in (though it is hard to resist a corgi!). I find their prices to be reasonable and I never wait for long and the waiting room is never packed. They do a wonderful job and I trust them completely with the health of my dog. Highly recommend this place!
The staff here from beginning to end was so friendly and caring! It's unfortunate to take your animal to the e.r. but they made it very comforting. The bill wasn't outrageous like I expected. They even followed up two days later to check on my pet! They didn't judge my dog by her breed which was very comforting. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything!
