Slow service. Also they don't take appointments. So you are stuck in the waiting room for more than an hour. No joke. They do have decent prices. Yet you have to plan for a half a day to just get your dogs shots..... And the cleanliness is very poor. Along side make sure the anesthesiologist knows your dogs blood type. They ODed my lil chihuahua sadly in 2013 for a teeth pulling.

Took my cat in because he was not using his litter box and had soft stool. The vet gave him a urinalysis which tested positive for bacteria so he gave him a shot and recommended that I buy the urinary tract cat food in the clinic. After the visit, my cat only became worse...he started throwing up for weeks and his stool was completely watery for weeks. I called around 3 weeks after visit and told them my cat was worse so they said I could bring him in for a free recheck. I did and the vet told me I needed to change back to t... read more

The veterinarians are wonderful here. The customer service? Not so much. It shouldn't take over an hour for someone to even check on me and my sick pet in one of their rooms. If it takes a vet that long to be able to get to you, you should probably hire more vets. The actual vet visit with the veterinarian only takes like ten minutes most. It should NOT be a two hour adventure of waiting. Especially when I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take, and they said about half an hour. Not happy. UPDATE My other ... read more

My dog was dieing of cancer. I thought it would be best to put him down so he didn't have to suffer. But unfortunately after the vet giving me hope he could possibly be saved with treatment I agreed. I called two weeks in advance to get his prescription refilled as they said he could get very sick if he misses even one dose. When I called to follow up on when I could pick up the medication they gave me the run around. My poor baby died the next day. I am seriously considering sewing this place. would have rated 0 if po... read more

I agree with many of the other reviews regarding terrible customer service and ripping customers off. We get our dogs prescriptions refilled monthly and every time we call to get them refilled it is a HUGE ordeal. They say they will call you back when the Dr.approves the refill. Half the time they never call back so I have to either call them back and hear, "the Dr has not approved the prescription yet"-3 days later still not approved...then, if I go in to see if I can get them filled, they either say, "we haven't called yo... read more

Took my dog here after she started bleeding from her nose frequently.. The Vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with her after months of taking her there. My poor dog was suffering for months. It got so bad that I had to take her to the emergency vet hospital (Dove Lewis), after only being there for 20 minutes they were able to diagnose her with cancer. The vet said that the cancer had spread through out her entire body. And that the vet at companion pet should have been able to easily detect that. I'm not the only one w... read more

Disappointing service. They gave our dog FIVE shots with out asking us first and he was only there for a recheck on his foot and flea medication. Our bill was over $300.00!!! When we called them out on it and told them we could hardly afford a bill that large with out prior notice they told us that that we have to pay and they would not give us our dogs necessary medication, whatever we could pay would go to the vaccines. They only care about the $$$ Needless to say we weren't able to go groceries shopping that weekend. The ... read more

I was charged an additional $50 for "Technician Time" when I took my dog in to have his paw looked at. Most vets include this in their exam fee/office visit charge. The tech spent less than 5 minutes holding my dog while the doctor examined his paw. no clean up of the wound, no treatment, nothing. just a look. The past few times i took the dogs for a routine visit for shots, they didn't even do an exam, but still charge for the exam/office visit. Services are getting worse and worse, I'm looking for another vet in the area ... read more

Stopped taking my dog here after they gave him a shot and then developed a bump where it was given. They then refused to waive the exam fee for checking the bump they caused. When I took him to a diffrent vet, they said they were pretty sure that they must have hit the bone with the needle. Be nice to your pet; don't take them here.
