Took my 3.5 pound Chihuahua in after my daughters dog bit her. Was originally told they would not put a drain in. When I picked up she had a drain in. Took pictures when I got home. horrible stitch job. Next day the drain stared to profuse through top of wound. Went back in and saw another vet. She was appalled. Read notes. Showed her pictures I had taken. Of original wound and stitch job. She said other vet was only vet for 2 years. She said they would do surgery correctly. No charge. Was very accommodating. And said I sho... read more

Like other reviews this is the second time we've been in for a simple check up only to be sat there for an hour waiting for a vet to come into the room. I put the first time down to bad luck, but neither times were exactly heaving with people. They give no indication that you'll be waiting that long, and communicate nothing. Its a complete disrespect of your time. It's a shame as the vets are nice assuming you have the patience to stick around. I will be going elsewhere...
Don't bring a fur baby unless you have all day to wait. They're really nice here, but take a very long time. Been sitting in this small little room for almost an hour with a kitten who is getting restless. This is ridiculous.

My wife and I have been bringing our cats here for more than ten years and until recently we had been happy with their care. However, we have changed vets due to their complete failure of care over the last year. Our first problem began with them diagnosing one of cats with kidney failure. After several months of little improvement with medications we continued to bring him back in and finally they changed their diagnosis to a kidney infection and intestinal issues. During this time our oldest cat had a heart attack one even... read more

Slow service. Also they don't take appointments. So you are stuck in the waiting room for more than an hour. No joke. They do have decent prices. Yet you have to plan for a half a day to just get your dogs shots..... And the cleanliness is very poor. Along side make sure the anesthesiologist knows your dogs blood type. They ODed my lil chihuahua sadly in 2013 for a teeth pulling.
Took my cat in because he was not using his litter box and had soft stool. The vet gave him a urinalysis which tested positive for bacteria so he gave him a shot and recommended that I buy the urinary tract cat food in the clinic. After the visit, my cat only became worse...he started throwing up for weeks and his stool was completely watery for weeks. I called around 3 weeks after visit and told them my cat was worse so they said I could bring him in for a free recheck. I did and the vet told me I needed to change back to t... read more
The veterinarians are wonderful here. The customer service? Not so much. It shouldn't take over an hour for someone to even check on me and my sick pet in one of their rooms. If it takes a vet that long to be able to get to you, you should probably hire more vets. The actual vet visit with the veterinarian only takes like ten minutes most. It should NOT be a two hour adventure of waiting. Especially when I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take, and they said about half an hour. Not happy. UPDATE My other ... read more
My dog was dieing of cancer. I thought it would be best to put him down so he didn't have to suffer. But unfortunately after the vet giving me hope he could possibly be saved with treatment I agreed. I called two weeks in advance to get his prescription refilled as they said he could get very sick if he misses even one dose. When I called to follow up on when I could pick up the medication they gave me the run around. My poor baby died the next day. I am seriously considering sewing this place. would have rated 0 if po... read more
I agree with many of the other reviews regarding terrible customer service and ripping customers off. We get our dogs prescriptions refilled monthly and every time we call to get them refilled it is a HUGE ordeal. They say they will call you back when the Dr.approves the refill. Half the time they never call back so I have to either call them back and hear, "the Dr has not approved the prescription yet"-3 days later still not approved...then, if I go in to see if I can get them filled, they either say, "we haven't called yo... read more
