Stopped taking my dog here after they gave him a shot and then developed a bump where it was given. They then refused to waive the exam fee for checking the bump they caused. When I took him to a diffrent vet, they said they were pretty sure that they must have hit the bone with the needle. Be nice to your pet; don't take them here.
I'd been a customer here for several years, just receiving mediocre care for my pets. The vets are OK, it's the help at the desk that need to learn basic customer service. I've spent thousands of dollars at this pet clinic since I've been going there, but after my last vist, I refuse to ever go back. Basically I was treated very rudely and not giving any service.
