Today I contacted this office to transfer my 2 year old dog to this clinic. When I arrived I was told there was about an hour wait which was fine. After 1 hour I was put into a room where I sat for an additional 45 min without being seen or even someone pop in to say they are running behind. After 2 hours I walked out. I told the receptionist why and she just shrugged. Not the way to treat a customer

EMPLOYEES DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS WHILE HANDLING ANIMALS. My pet went in for nail a trim, came out smelling like Cigarettes.... the manager played it off like it never happened... read below. The vets I've had for my pet overall have been good however I'm very disappointed with how my recent visit went, I went in to get my pets nails cut and he comes out smelling like a pack of cigarettes. My experience with this vet office was well at first. I have 2 cats and a 6 month old husky that I have been taking here since they have been mine (about 4 times). This last visit was totally bull****. I took my dog in because she was throwing up and also was sleeping all day which was totally out of the normal for my husky pup, and had been limping on her shoulder. This place ripped us off , they are greedy for money - We will never take any pet to this place, They price gouge and are just about overcharging people- Very rude staff - BEWARE going to this place

Hello, i have a Himalayan cat baby girl that has a smashed face look and sometimes get sinus infections and cant smell so doesnt eat and i decided to try this vet because i had a young male nuetered and shots given and was happy. I took babygirl in and saw tge vet who gave her an antibiotic shot to last days and liguid because shes dehydrated and i was happy but surprised no nasal spray or eye drops were needed. Took my 3.5 pound Chihuahua in after my daughters dog bit her. Was originally told they would not put a drain in. When I picked up she had a drain in. Took pictures when I got home. horrible stitch job. Next day the drain stared to profuse through top of wound. Went back in and saw another vet. She was appalled. Read notes. Like other reviews this is the second time we've been in for a simple check up only to be sat there for an hour waiting for a vet to come into the room. I put the first time down to bad luck, but neither times were exactly heaving with people. They give no indication that you'll be waiting that long, and communicate nothing. Its a complete disrespect of your time. It's a shame as the vets are nice assuming you have the patience to stick around. I will be going elsewhere...

Don't bring a fur baby unless you have all day to wait. They're really nice here, but take a very long time. Been sitting in this small little room for almost an hour with a kitten who is getting restless. This is ridiculous.

My wife and I have been bringing our cats here for more than ten years and until recently we had been happy with their care. However, we have changed vets due to their complete failure of care over the last year. Our first problem began with them diagnosing one of cats with kidney failure.
