My kitten slammed her paw in the door and I was concerned it was broken by how she was screaming. I was told to come down right away. As soon as I got there they told me to wait and that it would be 10-15 minutes as they are " moving fast". We were outside in the smoke for 40 mins....... I knocked, called, etc. and all I got was a laugh and that it would be 20 more minutes until they saw her. Don't tell me to come on in and then have me waiting for 40+ mins. I won't ever be back. Totally unprofessional.
You need to start making accommodations for scheduling appointments. This is not a crazy ask. For routine check ups and vaccinations we should not have to wait 1.5-2 hours to be seen plus the time for the visit, Waiting in a hot car with my animals. I am ready to take my business elsewhere. Please think of how considerate this could be for your clients. Thank you

I have been going here for YEARS! Mostly pleased with them. But when I call to ask a question of a vet, they NEVER call me back. If the vet called me back & stated better come in and be seen, I would bring my dog in. But with Covid restrictions, I'd rather avoid unnecessary anxiety (going into exam without me) & travel for my elder dog.

With all the covid crap you would think that thos place would take appointments at least during this time... but NO and when you call they don't tell you you might have to wait hours to see the doctor (though ppl aren't allowed in only animals) so they seem to have their own unique triage techniques like ppl picking up dog food get first service but those who need their animals seen are left to wait hours in the parking lot with no acknowledgement. Today I contacted this office to transfer my 2 year old dog to this clinic. When I arrived I was told there was about an hour wait which was fine. After 1 hour I was put into a room where I sat for an additional 45 min without being seen or even someone pop in to say they are running behind. After 2 hours I walked out. I told the receptionist why and she just shrugged. Not the way to treat a customer

EMPLOYEES DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS WHILE HANDLING ANIMALS. My pet went in for nail a trim, came out smelling like Cigarettes.... the manager played it off like it never happened... read below. The vets I've had for my pet overall have been good however I'm very disappointed with how my recent visit went, I went in to get my pets nails cut and he comes out smelling like a pack of cigarettes. My experience with this vet office was well at first. I have 2 cats and a 6 month old husky that I have been taking here since they have been mine (about 4 times). This last visit was totally bull****. I took my dog in because she was throwing up and also was sleeping all day which was totally out of the normal for my husky pup, and had been limping on her shoulder. Hello, i have a Himalayan cat baby girl that has a smashed face look and sometimes get sinus infections and cant smell so doesnt eat and i decided to try this vet because i had a young male nuetered and shots given and was happy. I took babygirl in and saw tge vet who gave her an antibiotic shot to last days and liguid because shes dehydrated and i was happy but surprised no nasal spray or eye drops were needed.
