To be more upfront than this vet hospital is, I want to say loud and clear: THEY ARE FULLY WALK-IN ONLY, BE PREPARED FOR AN EXCESSIVELY LONG WAIT. We had previously taken a cat here to be spayed, with no issues. We had no indication at that time that they were walk-in only (except for surgeries). Not sure if this is something new or if we just didn't realize because we did have an appointment set due to it being a surgery. We liked companion pre covid and have brought all our pets there, but since covid we continue to be disappointed. I've tried multiple times over the last 2 months to get my dog in for an apt and every time I'm either give an incredibly long wait (2-3hrs) or turned away because they can't take anybody more for the wait. I tried today on a Thursday mid morning and was told a 30-45 min wait. I waited 2 hrs and my dog still hadn't gotten in and nobody would pick up the phone there every time I tried calling for a check in on est... read more

I was told that in order to have my dog neutered that I would need an appt. so I scheduled one. I asked when the drop off time was & was told I could drop off at 8 AM. I came and had to park outside due to COVID. I was the 2nd person who was served in the lot when they took my dog in. Every other time that I have taken my dog in, the protocol has been that first come first served as per when you call the desk clerk. I was told to call them back at 1 PM but when I called they had not even brought her into surgery as yet. ... read more

If I could rate this place 0 star I would without hesitation. I provided my feedback and let them know of the few concerns I had while visiting this location, I asked to have my experience used as a coaching session and forwarded to management, I was assured that it would be and they were "sorry" as that is not what they strive for. I never got a follow up nor an apology from their management crew, giving me the impression it was never taken serious. I was frustrated at the lack of empathy and care for my puppy. I have been going here for years. Doctors are good but communication is terrible or maybe untrained staff. Took my dog in for a recheck of blood work and my two kitties for dewormer. Doctor said we needed to treat fleas and gave me a price of 20 each for flea treatment. She said the front desk person would go over the bill with me but the girl was very confused and was not able to go over it with me Well come to find out dog flea treatment 63 each and cat treatment was 20 each. My kitten slammed her paw in the door and I was concerned it was broken by how she was screaming. I was told to come down right away. As soon as I got there they told me to wait and that it would be 10-15 minutes as they are " moving fast". We were outside in the smoke for 40 mins....... I knocked, called, etc. and all I got was a laugh and that it would be 20 more minutes until they saw her. Don't tell me to come on in and then have me waiting for 40+ mins. I won't ever be back. Totally unprofessional.

You need to start making accommodations for scheduling appointments. This is not a crazy ask. For routine check ups and vaccinations we should not have to wait 1.5-2 hours to be seen plus the time for the visit, Waiting in a hot car with my animals. I am ready to take my business elsewhere. Please think of how considerate this could be for your clients. Thank you

I have been going here for YEARS! Mostly pleased with them. But when I call to ask a question of a vet, they NEVER call me back. If the vet called me back & stated better come in and be seen, I would bring my dog in. But with Covid restrictions, I'd rather avoid unnecessary anxiety (going into exam without me) & travel for my elder dog.

With all the covid crap you would think that thos place would take appointments at least during this time... but NO and when you call they don't tell you you might have to wait hours to see the doctor (though ppl aren't allowed in only animals) so they seem to have their own unique triage techniques like ppl picking up dog food get first service but those who need their animals seen are left to wait hours in the parking lot with no acknowledgement.
