RecommendedMy iPhone was still under warranty when I took it to Computer Concepts. They sent it to Apple to repair and gave me a loaner phone. Within a few weeks I essentially had a new battery and new board inside. The warranty was covered, Computer Concepts did not charge me and Apple took care of it! Thank you Computer Concepts!

I have used them since they have been in Williamsburg. They are professional, and great at what they do. They just recently fixed something in 20 minutes thatCox couldn’t fix in 5 hours.
My Mac desktop stopped working and I took it into Computer Concepts to see what could be done. They replaced the hard drive instead of trying to sell me a new computer. It now works fine. I trust this business and their expertise. I plan to buy a Mac laptop and I will take it to them to set up to "align" all my Mac products.
I had a vexing problem with the HP printer driver issue. Computer Concepts straightened everything out and got me going again. Highly recommend.
I stopped by on the Friday prior to July 4th. The technician, Brent was very helpful and he discussed different options with me. I appreciated that my laptop was repaired in the timeframe that was quoted to me. The cost for the repair of my laptop was very reasonable in comparison to some other repair shops that I called.
