Made a claim with no prob. Let’s see if they pay me back
This company is horrible in my own personal opinion. They will not stand up for for you when the need arises. They would not contact a hospital that double charged me and took over $700 of my money. I had to pay pack the money out of my own pocket or I would be locked out from getting my employer HSA contribution money. Why does this app want to access my pasteboard? Also, why does it stop playing my music when I open it? I think I might know why. I’m a developer. And this app prolly used branch io with its shady tracking. And then it doesn’t implement AVFoundation correctly and initializes it at launch instead of right when you need to take a photo. A photo which doesn’t require video or getting anything via a microphone. Or is it more nefarious than that? I’m not ripping this app apart to look. I’m just calling it out. Please fix!!!!
Think twice about using this app. You hit submit and it circles and nothing more. It says error more often then it works. Avoid this app if you want to keep your blood pressure normal.
I have no idea how to send the proof
You guys need to fix your app immediately! I have submitted and re submitted more than 10 receipts for medical expenses and I keep getting emails and letters saying I need to submit documentation. I am using your app to take the pictures of the documents. I look at the pictures to make sure they look good and then when I click the submit button, the pictures vanish. Claim submission is broken. Works in website though. Not so intuitive claims submissions process
The app will not allow me to add a document or a photo during the submission procession the confirm button has a green check mark but does nothing when it is pressed. The support line put me on hold. No one ever picked up just a nasty sounding recording saying an agent will be with you… or something like that. Worthless app!!!!!
