Typical sign-in process: I put username and password. Receive authentication text. It loads to 90% and tells me it’s signing off. Start over. If I do this 15-20 times, it will sign me on, but after the first page, it crashes and I have to start the sign-in process over. Horrid experience.

I tried to leave feedback through the app, but kept getting an error message about my email not being set up. Then I went to the website to leave feedback but couldn’t find a form or email address, so I came here. I wish the app would remember the name of our daycare provider so I didn’t need to type it in each time. I also wish I could submit for multiple kids at once since they all attend the same daycare. Wth? Still work at the same company and they made my account prior and no balance available. Called but hanged up frequently by the agent so many times. Finally it was determined that a ticket needs to be opened. A waste of time and really weird system.

This app is sometimes better than the customer service.
Problems with the app, the website, customer service number, and the card itself. Just horrible. Why would a company like Amazon use this service?
Why is this app stopping my music at login and clearing the contents of my clipboard? It’s a webview at best, it doesn’t need to be stealing audio or messing with the contents of my clipboard.
Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews (that are so glaringly fake it’s embarrassing). This app works inconsistently on a good day. Submitting claims is beyond frustrating because there’s never any kind of confirmation that the claim went through and then a few weeks later you get a letter in the mail that it has been rejected. Chat feature is a complete joke. I can’t believe this company is for profit based on the lack of investment in their technology.
