I’d give it zero stars if I could This app is a piece of garbage. Documents that I have to submit with my claims won’t upload. It doesn’t show my list of claims half the time that I open the app. Horrible.
Useless App will not open on iPhone SE (new) running latest iOS. Has never worked since Optimum bought CYC.
App always has problems This app stinks. I have an iPhone 12 all up to date, and there are so many frequent problems with logging in. I looked at the other recent reviews, and I can only believe they are fake. Please just make an app that works. Keep is simple. Don’t try to get fancy, that’s where you get bugs.

Immediately logs me out after successfully logging in After correcting entering the code sent to my mobile device I’m immediately logged off the app… I tried logging in multiple times with the same result.
LOUSY App! Continually try to attach a photographed receipt to my claims…it never works. Your IT group needs to improve a LOT!!
App suffers from “technical difficulties” too often I have used this app for the last year. Too many times while trying to pay a claim it will reject it and display the message of “technical difficulties”. Calling their customer service is just about as bad. They don’t follow through, just apologize with no resolution. Very unprofessional and not worth your time. **Also… pro tip… if the app fails use the www. Address from a computer, that seems to be a little more accurate.
App doesn’t work and full of bugs The app never works and is just terrible. It doesn’t work on on iPhone or iPad. Images and photos are never accepted. Claims always incomplete and never accepted. Needs lots of work! Also their associated credit card is not user friendly and sends you back to the app for more documentation they already have. If they need more info during a transaction then they should reject the charge and not send you back to this terrible app!
