Not so great now The latest change in how one logs in has me unable to access my account from my phone any more rendering this app useless.
Won’t select today’s date for self reimbursement new claim Bogus just sits there. Then another use case failure. When selecting reimbursement for an existing claim demands upload documentation when they already have documentation. Don’t have to from the website. Thus the app is nearly worthless have to use website for 99% of my claims. What does it do?
0 Stars This app is absolute trash. My FSA was moved from CYC to this and it’s the worst. I can’t submit expenses because the app crashes every time I try to upload a photo of my receipt/any document. Please fix this ASAP as it’s completely useless and is making reimbursement a hassle.

Horrible! Crashes as soon as you sign in!! Converted from CYC to Optum and I can’t use the app or website. Called and they supposedly reset my account. It worked once and now back to not being able to log in!! FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!
Document upload process is broken I try to upload documents but you can not see to select photos. Even after clicking blindly on imaginary photos and attaching you can’t see or delete attached images. In some cases it doesn’t allow more than 5 documents but there is no way to delete existing ones to replace. Terrible work. This issue existed since at least a year in the old version of CYC and they just renamed it to this app.
App keeps crashing Updated app on 7/19/21 from ConnectYourCare to Optum and now the app uses facial recognition to open, then immediately shuts. Cannot access my account to pay providers
Only 4 out of 5 When at the point to add documents, it only allowed me to either take a picture or add a document already on my phone. It didn’t give me an option to go to Google drive and download a PDF from my Google Drive app. But otherwise was user friendly because at least it allowed me to take a photo. However not having the hospital statement in paper had to take a pic of it on my laptop screen which isn’t very big and I couldn’t make it fit without shrinking the view which would make the text very tiny and hard to re... read more
Disgraceful upgrade — or is it a hack? This app was quite good but suddenly it stopped working, forcing an upgrade. Strangely enough the old app (green icon, CyC’ for Connect Your Care) has been replaced by a totally different app with a much poorer interface. Furthermore the old credentials (which you have to remeter) no longer work. You get a “server error” or a “we are having trouble finding an eligible account” which is all false.
