App crashes I have not been able to use this app on my iPhone 12 because it crashes every time I try to use it. Very frustrating.
Unable to submit reimbursement Attempted to file for reimbursement and it shows there’s an issue and won’t upload my documents through the app. Direct deposit set up and I’m receiving paper checks. Prior to the Optum change I had no issues

It doesn’t work at all! This app does not work at all. I sign In and it just go blank… I go thru all the process and it doesn’t not do anything or let me see anything at all. If I go to web page than I am able to see, but not in the app. Need some fixing!
App doesn’t log out When you log out the account, it doesn’t log out. It opens back up. You have to close your screen in order to sign out of the application.
Won’t submit a claim that has docs. Ignores trusted device after signin requires security code Now won’t submit my created claim says no documentation when attached two. So now have to call in wasting work time. Waited 30min on phone for rep to answer. Also prompts for text code everytime despite checkmarked as trusted device. Shady Organization I wanted to close my account and transfer my fund to a different establishment to consolidate my HSA accounts and avoid stand alone fee. Didn't receive any notification about the check of my fund after closing the account being sent to the new establishment. The check got lost in the mail or something because the new bank never got it.
