Painful Painful to use, starting with the sign in process. No apparent option for Face ID sign in. And text verification every single time. Often with lag. Then when you go to input a receipt the date option starts at Jan 1 1900. Serious. Crazy
Horrible Just a horrible application. There is consistently a problem where the app does not allow me to upload a photo/document as corroborating proof of a claim. The former and admittedly outdated application used by ConnectYourCare is sadly better.
Won’t load pictures That’s kind of important when filing claims. Customer service was not helpful. They said to reload the app which didn’t work.
Not great. Never consistently works.
Give me back the old app Never had a problem with old CYC app, used it for years, forced to download new app and it immediately crashes when you tap the pay provider, trash, total trash
Absolute trash Optum bought CYC in June and nothing has worked since. Optum CS told me that they accidentally deleted all customer accounts which is why everyone had to create a new health pass ID. Have spent hours on the phone with support and they can’t do anything.
Doesn’t offer any value Along with all the other feedback it’s just not easy to use.
Frustrating app This app is garbage. Many of the basic features don’t work quite right or will crash the app, so I wind up spending a lot of time trying different workaround scenarios in order to submit a claim.
Horrible The app always needs me to sign in, get the code texted to me to verify each time even after I’ve set up Touch ID and said this is a trusted device. So frustrating. Also, I create a claim and add documents to the claim….and then I’m not able to submit anything. I had to go to the website to do all of the work that would be so easy on here. This app worked much better prior to Optum taking over.
