Blank white screen and absolutely nothing else after log in screw Just like title says, and nothing else to add since there’s nothing else shown, displayed or promoted. Total junk.
App has a lot of bugs It freezes and requires a restart of the app. Also, using iPhone 12 on latest IOS the only date that can be entered for birthdates or dates of service is the current day’s date
Crashes Can’t select a date to submit a reimbursement without crashing the app.
App does not work App does not work; contacted company for support and only resolution was to redownload app, which does not work to resolve issue.
No sign in screen Just downloaded the app, but after hitting the sign in screen I get the following blank screen where I see a blue line go half way across the top (as if loading the page?), then a blank screen with an x in the upper left hand corner….nothing to do here but delete the app!
Fix log-in Every time I log in, I select trust this device. Next time it won’t allow me to log in but must repeat process and authorize with code. Please fix or go back to the CYC app. It always worked fine.

Cannot Upload Photos Correctly When choosing which photos to attach to a claim, I just get a white screen. The photos are there and I have to randomly guess where the photo is that I need. I cannot remove an incorrectly uploaded photo (no option to do so) and it looks like the limit is 5 attachments. Not sure how to upload correct documentation that is requested.
Won’t add documents Every time I try to add a receipt or document to a claim, the app shuts down. I have never been able to submit receipts through the app, instead having to log in on a computer, which defeats the whole purpose of having the app.
