Won’t launch, crashes after sign in Crashes as soon as you sign in
Not that great I updated from myCYC to this and, every time I go to sign in, the app crashes and exits. I have the latest version of it and it doesn’t work. Please release a new update
App crashes. Can’t login I was recently transferred over from ConnectYourCare. I successfully signed up on the website but when I put my new login credentials into the app it just crashes. Very annoying.
Does not work The App does not even open on iPhone 12. Same thing was happening with CyC. So have never been able to use it.

CRASHES WHEN SIGNING IN Ever since the migration from CYC to OC, the app does not work and crashes every time I log in. Deleted, restarted and nothing. VERY annoying. Please fix.
Wretched! CYC took a functioning app that worked well most of the time & turned it into useless garbage. To submit a claim previously was straightforward & menu of choices clear: redesign you basically guess where you are, no drop down list of saved anything re providers so must re-enter everything but most peculiar is prompt re documentation: upload it from computer? Why would I be using the app ? Why can’t I take a photo of documentation and upload it as before.
