Version : 3.1 No Service Type offered The new app would be fine if it worked. When I submit a claim for payment and try to select a service type it doesn’t give me any options. Since I can’t submit s claim without selecting a service type the app is useless.
Version : 3.1 Not Impressed First of all, put a DATE for each line item...the reference number doesn't do me a darn bit of good!!! Secondly, the app shuts down too quickly due to inactivity. The app has also crashed and closed twice on me now.

When will be able to mark a claim as already paid from the app? Such simple functionality, and you guys still don’t have it!

Version : 1.0.8 Created by the criminally insane as a torture device You will be psychologically damaged attempting to use this application. I urge you to stay far away! Could not log in for two weeks. Customer service suggested using the website instead. One day it magically worked. My balances show different amounts every i time I log in. None of those numbers match the balance I see on the website. The application crashes trying to take a picture. Every single time.
