Can’t pick photo from iPhone photos for receipt Still can’t pick a photo I made on my iPhone and upload it as a receipt.
Not functional Unable to upload from camera, it does not take the image from camera roll. Only way to upload was to retake picture from app.
Connect Your Care Downloaded this app to make it easier to go see Doctors but currently it has no money on it. I had went to a Dr. today and had to pay out of pocket. Trying to get my money back but the app is not working. WHY? because the card doesn’t have any money on it. How do I get my money back?
Can’t login Website has an “account holder” login and “employee” login. App doesn’t work for people that use the employee login.

Can’t open app This app crashes every time I try to open it.
Face ID crash After some thorough testing, I figured out what is making the app crash when typing on it’s icon on my iPhone X. Whenever face recognition is enabled, as soon as I either exit the app or first log out and then exit the app, it crashes. I have to delete the app, reinstall, and if I do not enable Face ID everything is fine. This obviously should be fixed.
Not acceptable.. slow and confusing Every other financial/banking app is quick and zippy, this one is horrible. So slow, just like the website. Also the interface is confusing, not clear if claims are submitted or paid. Why can’t CYC provide professional tools? This app was designed by a high schooler. Please help me understand, track and manage exactly where MY money is.
Login In Process is Tedious ETA: over a month later and I still have to re-verify every time I sign into the app. Additionally, you can no longer submit reimbursement claims via the app. So I don’t use it and I’ll be deleting it from my phone. It is a utter waste of space and completely frustrating. As if all aspect of health care aren’t annoying enough.
