Version : 3.3 Doesn’t Work - Error after Error after Error It’s fine if you use the card and just are submitting a receipt. Doesn’t provide notifications when a claim needs documents so I end up not knowing about it until I get a letter in the mail. I’m not listed under the people who services are provided for when I submit a reimbursement. Can’t add myself cause I get an error. Nothing listed under service type. Just Error after Error.
Version : 3.2 I cant automatically pay providers like I did with the old app :( One of the things I liked Most about CYC is the button under “action required” where it says pay provider...but every time I hit it...nothing happens and I have to go in manually and put in the information. I want the old app back .
Version : 3.2 Glitchy Last years app I was able to check my bills and pay them. This year when I select “pay my provider it does nothing. I loved being able to look at the bills and pay them immediately. Is there any way I can go back to last years app?

Version : 3.1 Login In Process is Tedious They still have not fixed the issue where I have already logged in and confirmed my I.D. and set up Touch ID and access my account. Then an hour later or the next day when I access the app I have to go through the entire process all over again. Since this is connected to my work email and I don’t have access to my work email when not at work, I can only access my account on he app during work hours when I can sit by work email and wait for the confirmation code.
Version : 3.1 Doesn’t work for reimbursements I tried taking action to reimburse myself. When I select that option nothing happens. So I’m going to stick with the old app.
Version : 3.1 Terrible The interface is constantly asking me to key a code that is too slow to arrive .. or sometimes it fails to do anything like its confuse .. waste of my time .
