Version : 3.3 Login In Process is Tedious ETA: over a month later and I still have to re-verify every time I sign into the app. Additionally, you can no longer submit reimbursement claims via the app. So I don’t use it and I’ll be deleting it from my phone. Version : 3.3 App doesn’t work App doesn’t work. Can’t log in says Wrong password when it isn’t, will not let you reset has wrong information. Won’t save Touch ID when saved when I could log in. Doesn’t load all the claims. Emailed customer service because not all the claims load and never got a response.

Version : 3.3 Needs work Not allowing me to send payment. I keep getting an error message saying I’m trying to pay too much, but that’s no correct. There also needs to be a “mark as paid” function in the app. Still missing the mark for usability.
Version : 3.3 App doesn’t give you enough information I keep getting an Incomplete - Documents Needed on one of my claims. I was asked to submit a receipt with detailed information such as Name of Client, Name of Provider, Date of Service, Type of Service and What I paid. I have submitted the same receipt with all of the required information 3 times and it still says Incomplete. You never get an email or call what is missing or why the receipt is not being accepted. Version : 3.3 Can’t log in Every time I go to log in it say I can’t so I have to call customer service and reset everything. It’d be nice if I could log in once without any issues.
Version : 3.3 Don’t delete your old app just yet..... Sorry I deleted the old app. This one has trouble signing in and every time I try to add a payee to pay my one bill, it can’t complete it.
Version : 3.2 App and Service Both Stink Their new app stinks and freezes. They never allow your claims to go through. Wait times in call center are terrible. Use anyone besides this company
