Terrible Payment is often sent to me rather than provider selected. Challenging to find bills. Often get error codes when trying to submit payment. Frustrated that I need to use this app.
This app is NO better than the portal Fundamental UI functionality is missing, no sort order on payees, no way to hide unused payees, can’t tell detail about the payee, etc. etc. etc. They desperately need a UX review & overhaul of both platforms.
This app needs work It keeps deleting my information and the drop down boxes are not working so I can’t file a claim. Very frustrating
Keeps crashing Keeps crashing when I try to pay a bill
New update crashes, can’t do anything I’ve always liked this app, it does what I need and makes things fast and easy. Unfortunately this newest update opens and then when I click on anything at all it crashes.
Can’t upload documents I’m on iPhone 7 Plus. I can create claims, but when I try to upload photos of receipts, nothing happens.
Garbage app. Garbage company Everytime they update the app it loses my touch login options. Now I can't even login since it "doesn't recognize" my device... Even though I've been using the same device for 1.5 years with this app. It tells me I need a verification code but despite repeated requests for one I never receive them. Website redirects you to the app so I'm stuck.
Barent1 Will not let me upload docs. So all claims are pending may as well just do it on computer to start with..
Allow flexibility of use! They say they’re working round the clock to make it work for you, but it doesn’t. Want to make a one-time transfer of funds to HSA but that’s not available. When you try to use your phone to go to the website, it forces a splash screen to download their “marvelous” app, but you can’t get around the splash screen. So I can’t do that functionality from my phone at all! Wonderfully stupid design! Stop forcing users to your way of thinking and allow flexibility of use! Go back to the drawing board!
