Very useful for communication and managing contact lists Constant Contact has been a very reliable e-mailing platform. It has many different features and allows people to unsubscribe from a specific list instead of all our e-mails. Pros I love how you can send one e-mail but have certain parts of the e-mail viewable to certain contacts in your list using tags. That's a phenomenal feature! Cons I don't like the designs too much. I wish it had more modern e-mail templates.

Easy System to navigate! I think it helps keep me in front of my clients more consistently. Pros I enjoy that the product is fairly easy to use and has so many other components. Cons None come to mind. The only thing I can think of is operator error and not taking more time to use all that the system offers.
