Amazing email marketing tool! Pros I can easily stay in constant contact with my customers. Cons I'm not a huge fan of email, but if you can't beat them join them.
Best platform for sending bulk email and designing user friendly Email template Pros Constant Contact is excellent platform when it comes sending bulk email. Email deliverability rate good and all emails reaches inbox. It support drag and drop features to create/customize email templates and surveys. A/B testing is another prime feature. It support salesforce integration. Cons They really nee to improve their customer support. The user interface is also outdated need improvements.
Works great for what I need Pros I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles when it comes to sending out emails to my clients. It has some nice easy ways to draft a campaign and send it. There are options to upgrade to track more data about who your audience is, which is nice, but I dont really need. Cons I do wish it was a little easier to make the style and fonts nicer. Worth the Steep Learning Curve Pros It has a wide range of editing abilities for layered newsletters and e-mails. It is also nice that if someone unsubscribes, their e-mail is flagged if it is tried to be added again. Cons The initial learning curve is steep, but the more someone digs into all the features, it is great for multi-branch ministries or companies that may have different branding at different sites.
Easy-to-use, basic email marketing I liked my experience with Constant Contact, but I don't know if this is the best of the many email marketing platforms that I've tried. It's basic, and it gets the job done. Constant Contact for our small nonprofit We love using Constant Contact for all of our email needs. Pros I like how I can work with my team to create emails. The preview feature is helpful because we can send the draft to our staff and people can suggest edits or go in and make them themselves. Cons Sometimes it freezes when I am working on the email or it glitches if I copy/paste something.

Constant contact It's good for what i use it for at this point. Pros I like to use it for small business that do not have a large mailing list. Cons I don't like the way the system scrubs when I upload a list because it often doesn't accept the lists I load.
Solid, time-tested product I'm sure there are still areas of the platform we aren't using but it's user-friendly and does the job. We don't need extra bells and whistles. Pros User-friendly, easy-to-read and easy-to-understand reporting Cons Maybe not as fresh as other platforms out there
