great tool for mailing Pros We utilize Constant Contact for email advertising and deals crusades. We additionally use it to stay in contact with different individuals from the organization and send them week after week bulletins or solicitations to online courses and with customers we send quarterly updates and overviews. A Great Program for Beginner Marketers Constant Contact is an excellent alternative for database administration. I've found it to be great for sending out email blasts and delivering emails. Pros Constant Contact is great for mass email messages. You can customize templates and send out surveys with ease. Cons Sometimes the interface itself can be buggy and slow. Reporting can be somewhat confusing at times.
Constant Contact Pros The software is user-friendly. If there are things I can't find or need help with, their customer service agents are always there to provide help. Cons I wasn't exactly a user of this software. I would usually help export contacts and organize them but in the amount of time that I've used it, I didn't find anything that I didn't like about it.
