Constant Contact Pros The largest draw for my use of Constant Contact is the ability for it to both serve as an email marketing platform and as a social media scheduling software. It is the only platform to do this. Cons The reporting tools are the least visually appealing and less detailed than other competitors. It gives similar information but not in as digestible a way.

Could be better but simple to use I like this tool but find myself wanting a more sophisticated email tool with more automation. Pros I liked how incredibly easy it is to create emails that can be sent out quickly. It truly is fast to create and send them. Cons Customization and automation are clunky. Customer service is hit or miss and can be slow to respond. I hate that we can't move the "Unsubscribe" button within our footer.
Staying Productive with Constant Contact Overall, the experience has been great. Shout out to their Customer Support team. They are responsive and extremely helpful in solving problems and tackling issues. Pros The ability to manage large and multiple email lists of customers and internal employees. Also, the rescheduling feature for emails is invaluable. Cons The software is bit wonky sometimes in Safari for Mac. Constant Contact The Solution for Your Communication Needs It made sending bulk emails easy and tracking the progress of the sent campaigns effective. Also, solving complaints from clients who would call and claim that they did not receive a particular communication became effective as all one needs to do is to check from the reports whether an email was delivered to the client or not. Beneficial for Managing Membership Correspondence Pros The templates are easy to design and use, it is easy to maintain consistency with our emails to members of our organization. Adding photos and images to email templates is fast and simple, and we like that we can share drafts with coworkers for feedback easily before an email is sent out.
