Easy to Use Pros This software makes it really easy to send weekly marketing emails to clients and potential clients. Cons Customer service was very lackluster. I expected more from such well known company in the marketing world.
Constant Contact is less cost effective for small business needs Pros Importing contacts and adding a contact sign up is straightforward. Cons Free account is limited. Cost for sending is higher than other email marketing systems.

Opt in requirements did frustrate some of our existing clients Pros Setting up functional and professional email newsletters was fairly easy to do. Cons As with most emailing software the spamming filters often make it difficult to load lists. The opt in feature was frustrating to our existing clients
Works Great Pros This is a very easy to use software to get the word out! Cons There is a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, it is great!

Constant Contact Connects Our school has used Constant Contact for years. Not much has changed or become more innovative over those years. New design features would improve the product. Pros Design is user-friendly. It is nice to get updates on "opens" and "clicks" and to actually know what individuals were participating. Cons The ease of unsubscribing and not knowing the constituent's reasoning. Personalization feature is difficult to manage.
