Why I love Constant Contact! My overall experience id excellent! Pros It didn't take long for me to learn how to use CC. I love the way I can create the specific look I need the followers to see. Cons I can't answer that question because I have no cons I can think of at this time.
Constantly 'hit the mark' with Constant Contact mailings Pros Ease of use and excellent product support team. This product has both stood the test of time and offers a fully functional marketing tool that is user-friendly in its use. Cons Can't find anything to add to this CON list. This is a great alternative to mailchimp Pros It's a great email marketing/management platform. It has all of the bells and whistles that you need for a simple email automation/management/marketing platform. I love it. Cons Mailchimp's navigation and user experience is a LITTLE cleaner than this, but in terms of functionality, they're both virtually equal in my mind.

Helps generate warm leads Overall, Constant Contact has 100% helped us generate good quality leads from client in and out of our network. We use it on a monthly basis across multiple enterprises and it is a great tool to supplement other marketing campaigns. I stopped using Constant Contact and changed to MailChimp. It was not good. They would prevent me from adding email addresses to my directory and they did everything they could to prevent me from functioning. Pros It was working fine for me, but Mailchimp offered me a free trial with 500 contacts, and it is so easy to use, I switched over and stopped paying a monthly fee for Constant Contact long ago. Cons Monthly fees even if I didn't use it at all.
Constant Contact is a fantastic way to deploy and design emails yourself Pros It is easy to set up, design, review, and test your email prior to sending Cons If there is anything that I don't like about this, I think it would be that it is a lot of steps to get an email out. That said, I don't think anything can be eliminated.
