Great For Emails, But Other Features Are Getting Worse I have used this for 5+ years and have always been happy with the email marketing side of it, but the product has gotten worse over the past five years. I feel they are more focused on selling "templates" than supporting the product we pay for. Great bang for the buck... Overall experience has been very positive. It has enabled our association to provide a monthly newsletter that provides key monthly association news and updates. Pros We like the ability to provide a standard, monthly communication with our member base. Software provides us key tool to reach our member base and beyond. Cons I would like the software to improve it's ability to share the communication with other platforms. Prior version to update seemed easier. This area can be improved.
Constant Contact is an easy to use Communication Tool! The e-mail service is simple, easy to use service. I love working with Constant contact. Pros I like that it is simple software that is easy to use. You can make e-mails look nice and send it out to lists quickly. I like that you can create multiple lists and add contacts easily to those lists. Cons I don't like that as an automated e-mail, this often gets lost in people's junk mail. Constant Contact Easy and User Friendly I really like it. I signed up and didn't really know how to start, but the program walks you through set up and everything. I had no trouble creating a campaign eventhough i didn't know what I was doing. Pros I like that the interface is clean, easy to understand and the end product looks great. Cons There isn't anything so far, that I don't like.

Constant Contact is a great way to get the word out Constant Contact has been the staple of our messaging software to get the word out to everyone in our community. It is very easy to sign up and select which notifications a recipient wants to receive. Pros We have multiple users on this platform and everyone is doing something different.
