Great Small Business ESP Pros My clients who use Constant Contact report a high degree of satisfaction with the results. I have had very little problem with deliverability, and the designer gets better every year. Cons The social media distribution part doesn't work as well as it did. Moreover, be careful if you have Salesforce, because the integration with Salesforce was broken for months without a fix.
Great platform Pros The ease of designing emails, scheduling emails, social media management. The ability to make variations on different social platforms is huge. Creating different contact lists. Tracking open rates and clicks. Just overall a great platform for marketing purposes. Also excellent customer service. Cons Twitter (X) was recently removed and would love to have it added back. But otherwise no complaints about this platform.
Works for being in constant contact with your clients Pros What I liked most about Constant Contact was their platform, it was easy to navigate and figure out how to send email campaigns out. Cons When I was subscribed to them they had a change in their plan that affected my mailing list. Other than that things were fine.

Cons I wish the pricing was more flexible for small businesses and the contact management tools were more intuitive to use.

Great tool for our Cooperative I'm happy with Constant Contact and we just renewed for another year. Pros Email management is easy to add/remove addresses, whether that's by me or those signed up. I love the social media scheduler feature, I'm able to schedule posts to go to multiple platforms from one program. Cons I miss the calendar. There used to be a calendar that integrated into Outlook so I could see all of my scheduled campaigns. It developed a bug that it's not working in Outlook.
