I enjoy the ease of constant contact Pros I really use this for staff meetings and updates. It has been really helpful in keeping everyone in the know. Cons I don’t see any cons to this software. Of course some of the staff don’t enjoy all the extra updates, however it is working exactly how management wants.
Great Product! Pros Easy to deploy for someone that doesn't have much experience. Templates are easy to use and varied. Cons Pricing could be a little less, especially for smaller businesses on a budget.

Constant Contact for Non-Profits Pros Simple and straight-forward to setup and it was very easy to copy old campaigns and re-use them to a new audience. We had a standard template that we would use and just copy to the next event. Cons Paywalls and contact limiting. Once you hit a certain amount of contacts they up-charge you.
Great for our Monthly Newsletter Overall experience over more than 6 years is that this is a great tool which allows you to customize your content to your organizations specific needs, and then just manage the content on the time frame you need to communicate with your constituency. A way to keep in Constant Contact with donors. Pros Email campaigns are straightforward enough to setup and use. We get a good deal of value out of the contact management portion of the product. Cons Unfortunately for us there is no easy way for our ERP to pass data to Constant Contact through an API so we are stuck exporting and importing lists which can cause us to have data that is mis-matched between the two, but that is more a problem with our ERP.
Email Marketing and MORE I stay with Constant Contact for many reasons, but number 1 is absolutely their customer service. Doesn't get any better than them. Pros I love the customer service; it is fast and easy to get issues solved. Also, it's nice to have the opportunity to market events, take registrations, and follow up with surveys. It's all-inclusive. Cons I have no complaints what so ever with this product/service. Keep up the great work.
