Constant Contact Pros In our industry we use it to post news, updates, information, events and emails to our members to make sure that everything is on one accord, streamlined and uniformed. It does just that. Cons I do wish the User interface was a little more up to date, but it doesnt affect the usage of the service.
I wish this was easier to use I don't use this product as much as I had hoped. I can get some support, but many times it seemed the answers to my questions were kept behind a paywall. I already pay a subscription and other expenses to get here, so why not help me stick around? I don't have time to take classes, webinars, and watch tons of videos just to use the product. Great product, a little expensive Pros I love that you can send out emails to multiple lists, organize audiences, send surveys, and post the email to social media. Lots of great features for our marketing needs Cons Very expensive product. The cost is high compared to similar products.
Good price for what you get Pros Constant Contact is reasonably priced and offers functionality above the basics but not overwhelming. Their tools and resources are fairly user-friendly. Cons At times I would enjoy a little more capability to customize where items can go in an email campaign.

Great features but there are problems Pros I like that we can see if a person receives an email, if they open it, when and even on what device. That is AMAZING! Also, that it is intuitive to use. Cons Constant Contact REALLY needs to work on the auto save and saving in general. Sometimes even when I press the save button, nothing happens. Great Email Marketing Option I do enjoy using Constant Contact. I love the large library of pre-designed email templates I can use and build off of when sending our Customers product emails. Pros I enjoy the ease of using the program features when building an email campaign. Cons I would like to get more emails from Constant Contact with tips and tricks about email designs.
