Great way to keep everyone informed! Pros It was a quick and easy way to get information out to everyone that we needed to in a timely manner. I enjoyed the ability to schedule when information would go out, that helped with planning and keeping in contact with whomever we chose. Cons Sometimes having a smoother interface would have been nice, but once you learn it, it works well.

Great service for small and large businesses alike Pros I liked the ability to create and schedule various email campaigns as well as having a centralized database of clients who subscribe to our company’s marketing emails. The pricing is also very affordable whether you stick with the basic plan or upgrade to premium Cons There was nothing I didn’t like about constant contacts services.

Constant Contact needs some changes if they could fix a few minor things I would love it more than like it. Pros overall its pretty easy to use. nice templates ready to go. Cons its very difficult to do a few simple things like make the gaps in between the items less. Also, I would like more freedom in moving boxes/spaces to where I want them. like putting to pics right next to each other. Had to go to an online tutorial to help since there was none on the CC site. Still did not get it figured out.

Ease of use and efficiency Exceptional. Did not have any issues with the software and I really got a lot out of it, particularly with surveys and marketing emails Pros The fast learning curve and how easy it was to compose a marketing email Cons I do not really have any complaints about the platform. It does what is supposed to do with a plethora of features

Look no further CtCt has helped me stay in front of my customers for over 15 years. The only time my customers unsubscribe is when their child graduates from elementary school and my products are no longer of interest to them. ;) Pros I have been using CtCt for over 15 years. LOVE how easy it is to organize your contacts and create eye-catching campaigns that GET OPENED! Cons I actually cannot think of one con. I love this product!

Constant Contact Pros I love it because I use it in the e-commerce sector for constant communication. It is especially good and successful in electronic payments. Cons Of course, it is great to have mobile access, but the application sometimes opens late. We are still working on this issue.

One of the Best! Great overall. It's better than most. Room for improvement (if not in price points) than in a UI/X and less to no errors. Pros Constant Contact has the BEST customer service. Top notch! Cons At this price point, there should be NO bugs in usage. Still, however, there are issues when trying to do a few things. As good as they are, and better than most, there if much room for UI/X improvement!

Great Email Marketing Tool For Small Business Pros I like that it has robust features including automation, posting marketing campaigns on social media, and email marketing, integrates with alot of applications as well Cons the cost is a bit high and if you go over one contact into the next tier you get charged quite a bit, so you need to be careful about managing your database

Constant Contact has kept my company relevant Pros I like how easy it is to use and how you can copy an old email and edit to keep the same format and style and update the content. I like the contact management so you can have certain contacts in different groups depending on who you want to target for specific emails. Cons I can't find anything to write about what I like least.
