Solid email software with some limitations Overall, I like Constant Contact. However, I would not be satisfied if it was our only email tool. Pros I like the simplicity of Constant Contact. It's not difficult to get started, and you can create templates for other team members to use. Cons I don't love the limited features available when compared with other competitors. For this reason we only use CC for a handful of clients with more straightforward needs.

A Business Communication Essential Pretty good, similar to other products, ultimately I did not continue with the product only because I had another CRM that I am so entrenched with and Constant Contact was not being utilized to its full potential. Pros The fluidity of the software, ease of use and customer support Cons Aside from getting set up and a slight learning curve as with the implementation of any software solution, there isn’t really anything cons that I feel strongly enough to mention.
