Easy to Use But at Great Cost Previously, I found the support team helpful. The last call I made to support resulted in me informing them rather than vice versa. Pros CC is easy to use and has a high rate of inbox access. Cons I have to work in Incognito mode on the internet to have our email look normal. Otherwise, there are great gaps in the text.
Easy for "non marketing" savvy staff It was very easy and I reached the targeted list very easily. Will defiantly use Constant Contact again for future outreach. Pros I felt it was very easy to set up a campaign that was specific to my immediate need. Cons I did not have any negative impact from using Constant Contact
Good tool for the email marketing professional. Customer support took longer than promised to respond to issues. Pros Ease-of-deployment, link tracking setup and monitoring were good, editor made sense. Cons Mobile template design was tricky, template design options were limited.
Constant Contact review Pros As someone that had no idea and had to learn this tool alone it was so easy to learn and put into play. It is beginner friendly and has many tools to help you set up email marketing and store new and old clients. Cons At times it does not auto save so you have to insure you are saving as you go.
Is it worth the money Pros The customer support is top-notch. The program itself is easy to use. Cons Just to expensive for a small business when there are other programs that are as good just no phone support.
New features make it worthwhile Pros We were beginning to search for something that offered more. We are loving the new features including the texting option. Cons It is a pricey subscription for our parish. We enjoy the features and use it on regular basis, though.
Constant Contact, like the name says. Pros Constant Contact is used to stay connected with your customers. Cons Software can be overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, you are good to go.
User Friendly Pros Does what we need it to - we use it to do marketing email blasts for our theater. We also integrate a Newsletter sign up form from Constant Contact on our website. Cons Sometimes there seems to be lags in information being updated on the back end.
Love this Email Tool Pros Appreciate the ability to see unsubscribes, analytics, open rates, etc. Cons I can sometimes get confused with the design portion of the software as I'm not a graphic designer
