The advantage of Constant Contact I enjoy using Constant Contact and I am so grateful for the simplicity of the platform functions. I can be very creative and not stress the process. Pros I love that I can create online forms and link them to my organization website. Cons I wish I had the same login for Donor Perfect and Constant Contact.
Easy to use and great US based customer service. A little pricey and they have a lot of rules. Great way to make and send emails in an easy and straightforward way. Useful templates and modules. Quality product Pros Ability to import PDFs and schedule emails. Cons I've downgraded to a lower level which does not allow me to schedule emails. I need to find the right balance between price and the features I need.
Best alternative to using your own email server! Pros I am a big advocate for Constant Contact as I manage multiple clients that do email blasts. I push every client to use this service so their email server doesn't get blacklisted since Constant Contact has a whitelisted IP range. Cons Sometimes clients have a difficult time figuring out how to send the email blasts and it can get expensive based on how much you push out.
Best Choice of 2023 Great experience overall. 10/10 every time. Pros It is simple and easy to use and simple to train others to use. Cons At this time I haven't run into any issues that I would qualify as a con.
