Good service Pros It is fairly intuitive to use so I can get my campaigns out easily. Cons They could improve the texting feature and customer service. It is very difficult to talk to anyone there if I ever need help. The chat isn't helpful as often times it still requires you to speak with someone by phone. Often I get frustrated and give up.

There are a lot of useful features to help you make very successful email campaigns. I never had to look up how to do anything which I have definitely had to do with other programs. Serves it's purpose! Overall, Constant Contact serves it's purpose for our business! It makes email campaigns and newsletters easy. Pros Constant Contact is mostly easy to use and intuitive. Cons It can feel a bit outdated. The graphics for creating a newsletter, for example, are not the most sleek. But it does the trick and allows most needed features.
