You Cannot Beat the Ease of Use! Overall they have been great! Pros We LOVE using Constant Contact for our monthly email newsletters. New staff can jump in and use it easily and it makes communicating about our events stress-free. We have used them for quite some time now and can recycle templates or create brand new content with the new AI feature without any difficulty. Good enough We eventually moved to a product that updated our contacts easier and fasterin an emergency. Pros Constant Contact has a good platform and fairly easy interface. It has easy templates to make emails look really professional. Cons Some of the templates would keep old subject lines. Reviewing subject lines would be a great & helpful feature. Also needs a way to upload contacts faster.
Too much of too many Overall? Not good, by any means. It works, and I don't have time to change again. Maybe in a few months or a year, I'll go looking for another vendor. Pros I find it pretty easy to create emails, using the drag-and-drop formatting boxes. The formatting menu floats, sometimes where I have to look for it, but formatting text is easy, too. Cons I would like to see this program be able to be integrated with products such as Ekyros and CDM+ for ease of merging email addresses to specific lists.
Good for small non-profits Pros Great for promoting events, sweepstakes and whatever your business offers. The ability to post simultaneously with social media accounts without having to manually go into each account and copy and pasting links is a big plus.Their new AI feature is great for helping get a message across and there are different options available for what way you want it to come across to your audience. Cons There could probably be more options for the pre-made templates that are available.
