Great service Pros It helps us handle email lists for our members for a semi private club. You want guaranteed performance this is the service to use. They are great at targeting for marketing depending on the event. Very helpful. Cons It took me a minute to get used to allocate what goes to whom but they help with the management of that once things are set up properly

A Solid Product with CRM Syncing Pros The CRM sync to DonorPerfect is invaluable. Being able to track how often donors are contacted helps pull out trends on which we want to capitalize. Cons Honestly, I feel like I'm not able to take advantage of all that Constant Contact is offering terms of email inclusion, and that might just be that I don't have enough time to examine all the features.

A Standard In The Newsletter Delivery, A Bit Pricey. Pros The overall send and reporting are very solid. Cons The biggest con is the cost, we pay over $220 per month.

Easy Newsletter Sending Overall the experience with Constant Contact has been great! Pros Constant Contact makes it very easy to manage contacts and upload client information to send newsletters and information about upcoming events. Cons The only thing that can sometimes be inconvenient is that when you are uploading many contacts from an Excel sheet (for example), you have to make sure that all of the fields on the Excel sheet match what is in Constant Contact or else it will not work.
