Only If I Had More Hands ... A Constant Contact Review Overall, I am extremely pleased with Constant Contact software. It is user-friendly and has everything I need to keep my contacts organized. I love that I can easily add new contacts and create groups. Additionally, the email templates are great and make staying in touch with my contacts easy and affordable. Targeted audience marketing works for us Easy to unsubscribe from emails if they so wish. Rarely receive phone calls to take customers off the bulk email list. Pros Ability to let customers know that we are available for seasonal services during the changing weather in WI. Cons Slightly on the high end of products for value but we like the service so far. There are many other bulk email providers.
Constant Contact keeps your stakeholders engaged and informed. Our business utilizes constant contact to keep in touch with our customers and inform future decisions. We do wish that the service was more cost effective. Pros Email tracking, management, and click tracking keep us in touch with our customer base and inform our future decisions. Cons Constant Contacts high price point makes it difficult to rationalize the cost to profit ratio of the service.
Constant contact Wonderful. Pros The great templates and the easy layouts are great to use. Cons The drop and drag were a little difficult.
Multifaceted and simple to learn Pros Setting up email campaigns were simple and the data from tracking highly useful in increasing exposure. Cons There can be some limitations in certain design customizations if you are a limited user.
Great, and even better integrated Pros It's ease of use and great UI make it a good choice. Integrating it with Sugar for example makes it even easier to have everything connected. Cons Nothing that would affect it's daily use.
