Great software and getting better I appreciate how they make me feel as a customer and I would like to continue working with Constant Contact for the foreseeable future. Pros The software is approachable and fairly easy to use! I have always felt like Constant Contact is something that I look forward to using during my daily routine. Cons I have found that the integrations of new features are not always smooth for me to understand and fully optimize, but it's great to see them growing functionality.

Top Notch Email Service for Small Businesses While the experience has been favourable, most eCommerce stores have migrated to Kalviyo and Mailchimp because of it's well rounded offering and DIY offers. Pros Constant Contact's biggest advantage is its support and its community. Time and again, the product has incorporated feedback and feature requests from the community. Use of Constant Contact I have had very good luck with Constant Contact and I know other people use it often Pros It is an easy program to use. You can add the things you want in the work that you do. Cons Nothing that I can think of right now, I can always call and ask for help when I need it
Very useful for communication and managing contact lists Constant Contact has been a very reliable e-mailing platform. It has many different features and allows people to unsubscribe from a specific list instead of all our e-mails. Pros I love how you can send one e-mail but have certain parts of the e-mail viewable to certain contacts in your list using tags. That's a phenomenal feature! Cons I don't like the designs too much. I wish it had more modern e-mail templates.
Best Email System with the Best Customer Service! Pros The ease of creating professional looking emails and the templates are super easy to use. Cons I have not complaints. What is offered works fast and efficient for me.
Easy System to navigate! I think it helps keep me in front of my clients more consistently. Pros I enjoy that the product is fairly easy to use and has so many other components. Cons None come to mind. The only thing I can think of is operator error and not taking more time to use all that the system offers.
