Wonderful software! I previously used MailChimp at another job, but when I came to this non-profit, I feel in love with Constant Contact. It is so easy to use, and I like user options. Pros I love the ease of the software. Easy to teach other co-workers and they understand it right from the get go. Cons I would like to see more tutorials on some of the more intricate steps.

Growing you personal Database through Constant Contact We have received many new customers from using constant contact and that is why we still use it today! Thank you for your software. Pros The data that is supplied to the software so you are able to make professional introductions to leads. Cons For us the what we like least is no room for making notes to each field populated.
Very capable marketing platform Very capable and feature rich platform but is quite steep for my budget Pros Constant contact has all the features I need and is very easy to set up. The email design template makes my marketing emails look very professional. Cons Pricing is quite high. Maybe it is because I don’t need such a feature rich service.
Solid system but lacking newer features Pros Easy to make new lists send emails, create and send surveys all in one place Cons Doesn’t feel as you to date as others- email builder is a little glitchy to use and chnage templates
Made for Everyone Pros I found Constant Contact intuitive and easy to work with as a beginner in email marketing. It was easy to import email lists, and email templates. Cons The provided email templates were too basic and didn't allow for much customization. My organization at the time used a template application to build the email newsletter format, and then I imported the HTML from this app into Constant Contact. This created more work initially, but was less of an inconvenience over time.
Best Email Management/Marketing Platform I've used Good! The user interface could be a bit more intuitive but I'm hopeful they're working on more and more updates to make this better. Pros I love the quick and clear analytics per email campaign, fairly easy construction of planned emails and social posts, working online and picking back up from anywhere easily, new contact entry.
