follow-up to follow-ups on installation Supervisor Carl troubleshooted a fuse problem cutting off cold air and is shepherding conditioned space being sealed-off to reduce condensation activity before pending grille is installed. So far, very grateful for his pride of workmanship.
Archie was the best Archie was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech. He arrived and was super helpful. He showed me what was wrong and explained to me in utter detail how he had evidence of his conclusion. Within 30 minutes of his arrival my AC was fully operational. Thank god for this guy, seriously. Usually you can’t trust AC techs... as they try to run up the cost (especially during the times of COVID). He was the exact opposite. I would 100% use this company again. Without question, without hesitation.

Excellent Fast Kind Service I was attended to by a very knowledgeable, hard working and fast employee who in my instance found the problem affecting my AC and completed the job in the same day. He explained to me exactly what was happening taking the time to help me understand. I highly recommend.
Excellent service Technician Archie Moore was on time and very professional. His "can do" attitude and enthusiasm for his work were immediately obvious, even at the end of a long working day. Would not hesitate to ask for Mr. Moore again in the event of an air conditioning issue. Mr. Moore is an excellent technician and a very personable representative of Cool Air USA.
