Summary was complete & explained properly. An excellent first time experience. I was without AC for most of the day, was 82 degrees inside. Everything that needed to be done to complete job was presented to me beforehand including cost. The job took about an hour or so and things are back to normal again. A very positive experience all around, I'm very glad that I made the call to a very reputable & courteous company and an outstanding representative. Thank you for a very positive experience.
Excellent and exceptional service!! This is customer service at its Best! My office AC broke on Sunday and I called the company in the morning They responded within 15 minutes on a Monday morning and fixed the problem within a short time.
