Good Service Irvin called me regarding a previous problem with my unit. He sent some one out and fixed the problem. Called several times to make sure everything is still working. He was very nice. Tech Carl came out yesterday to fix another problem and he was down to earth. I would recommend,

Life changing! My name is Joe Borrell and I live in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. About a month ago I called Cool Air USA because the air in my apartment was getting warmer and warmer. On a Saturday night in the pouring rain came a service technician named John who saved the day by solving the problem within minutes. Great performance except... Except that on the day they were supposed to come, they didn't. Next we rescheduled. They didn't come then. They came the following Monday which was a surprise to us but not an inconvenience. I have a pending voice-mail and that could be them. Mind you I wasn't the best customer either as I forgot to mention that I was going to be out of town on a day they showed up.

I have no idea what you mean by this request??? Archie Moor, my a/c motor installer, was knowledgeable, attentive to detail and efficient. All my contacts with your other staff were helpful, prompt and professional.
