HVAC Install plus adjustment of handler air flow On the post- install, I called and their service tech, Archie came by the next morning and tweaked the problem for me.

Purchased new AC unit All of the people we have dealt with from Cool Air have been friendly and professional. We had a problem with the panel on our new air handler. The technician that came out was very thorough and tried his best to fix the problem. When that didn't work a new panel was ordered. We had to wait quite awhile for the part but to no fault of CoolAir. We had the new panel installed by the technician who tried solving the problem. He is knowledgeable and friendly!
