Quick response time after calling;courteous service from techs I had a unique situation. The company worked with me to accommodate my needs esp.since I was dealing with this from afar and for the most part kept me in the loop.
Good job and explained! Serviceman did the job quickly and explained tho I didn’t quite understand why the condensation drip line needs to be upward to collect water. ???? It was left to drip the first time. I need a remedial class.

I’ve lived in south Florida most of my life. This company holds the #1 position for customer satisfaction. Products, staff, professional workers. I just had a new unit installed in June 2020 I couldn’t be more pleased. My A/C died on Sunday morning of Father’s Day weekend. Dependable and great service Cool Air USA came through again for us. Our system went down and thanks to Demetrius and Theo they got us up and running right away. They knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. Now we are enjoying the cool air again. We highly recommend Cool Air USA and if we had a problem in the future would request Demetrius and Theo. They were very professional and do a great job!
