Outstanding Service Highly recommend Cool Air! I called on a Saturday and was offered an appointment for the next day! The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The dispatcher kept me informed of the arrival window. Steven, the technician, diagnosed the problem and provided photographs of the unit to review with me since it was located on the roof of our building.
