Outstanding service. I called Cool Air USA on a Friday afternoon for emergency service as my air conditioner would not start. They said someone would be at my home that day. The service technician, Italo called 40 minutes before coming to my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly. In addition to servicing the problem he did a complete check on the entire system. Great Work Very Courteous Cool Air came out and did a typical 6 month tune up/check on our AC system. It's always a pleasure as they show up when they say they will do what they come to do without making any messes and they are always clean. Thank you!

Great, quick job. Friendly technician. From phone call to set up appointment to tecnician's arrival was just 2 hours. Diagnosed and repaired issue quickly. Very friendly and helpful technician.
